Beach Point Club

Beach Point Club

Your Cape Cod vacation begins at Beach Point Club, a beachfront resort located at the quiet and peaceful ‘Beach Point’ area of historic Provincetown. Enjoy the secluded beaches of Provincetown Bay as well as the large resort-size swimming pool. The relaxed atmosphere of a private seaside retreat is just minutes from the excitement of a ‘cosmopolitan downtown’ area. We are located just 1.5 miles from the heart of Provincetown and MacMillan Wharf, by the Provincetown/Truro town line.

Features of the Resort: Private beach with awesome views of the Pilgrim Monument & the very tip of Cape Cod, cable TV, WIFI, swimming pool and sundeck with lounge chairs; private decks and yards, picnic tables and barbecue grills.

Ample free parking is convenient to unit. Regular summer shuttle bus stop on Route 6A at the resort entrance can take you to downtown Provincetown and the MacMillan Wharf area, or the ocean beaches at Herring Cove and Race Point for a small fare; pick-up is every half hour all day and evening until 12:30 AM; all shuttles have bike racks.

Experience the breathtaking views of the Pilgrim Monument and Bay, wind-swept dunes, and the lighthouse at Long Point on the tip of Cape Cod, all from the private 200 ft. white-sand beach just steps away from your unit. Enjoy lounging, sunbathing and refreshing dips in the pool; wading or floating in the rejuvenating salt-waters of the Bay, or just relaxing on the sandy shores.

There is a 10 ft. tide for swimming in the warm Bay waters. When the tide is out, take a leisure stroll on the seemingly endless expanse of beach (1/4 mile into the Bay on clean white sand); collect seashells or lie on the sand and watch the tide roll back in. Ocean breezes make it great for kite-flying. At night listen to the occasional fog horns in the distance.

Pet Policy: Sorry, NO PETS - Unfortunately due to condo regulations, pets are not allowed.

Nearby Attractions: Ocean beaches and swimming; humpback whale watching excursions from MacMillan Wharf; boating; boat/kayak rentals; sunset sails; deep sea fishing. Bike rentals and extensive bike trails along the National Seashore; kite flying; winery tour and tasting in North Truro; Wellfleet Drive-In for nighttime movies and daytime flea market there on select days.

Climb the Pilgrim Monument; Art’s ‘Dune Tour’ (sunset only - sign up at Commercial & Standish); sunsets at ‘Herring Cove’ beach. Visit Provincelands Visitor Center (free); have your own beach bonfire at the ‘Head of the Meadow’ in Truro (get your permit at the Provincelands Visitor Center).

Dine at a wide variety of restaurants in every price range and cuisine; shopping galore; fantastic nightlife with live entertainment; bars and cabarets; LGBT friendly; art galleries; museums (including recently discovered treasures of the Whydah Pirate Ship, now on display for the first time in hundreds of years). Strolling and people watching on famous ‘Commercial Street’ – and all of this set against the transformed yet still historically-preserved, quaint Portuguese fishing village most notably known as ‘Provincetown, the first landing place of the Pilgrims’.
