This charmingly-quintessential ‘Cape Cod cottage’ is located on a quiet and peaceful bayside beach in North Truro at a private condominium retreat just 3 miles from downtown Provincetown.

Air-conditioned and comfortably accommodates 4 people with full-size (double) bed in each bedroom. Two cable TVs (one in bedroom and one in living area with built-in DVD player). Kitchen with new 4-burner electric range, full fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and all kitchen supplies; dining table for 4; private bath with shower. 

Guests provide their own bed linens and towels; non-smoking cottage; heated for your comfort in the cooler months. Housekeeping service is at the end of your stay.

Enjoy the unsurpassed Bay views on the spacious private sundeck with umbrella picnic table, chaise lounges & deck chairs; enjoy cookouts on two barbecue grills (charcoal & electric). Along this small waterfront complex there is a 10 ft. tide for swimming in the warm Bay waters. It is fun to take a stroll on the seemingly endless beach, collect seashells, or lie on the sand and watch the tide roll back in. At night listen to the occasional fog horns in the distance.

Parking for two vehicles is convenient to the cottage. Regular summer shuttle bus stop nearby can take you to Truro Center, downtown Provincetown and the MacMillan Wharf area, or the ocean beaches at Herring Cove and Race Point for a small fare; pick-up is every half hour all day and evening until 12:30 AM; all shuttles have bike racks.

Pet Policy: NO PETS - Unfortunately due to condo regulations, pets are not allowed.

Visit the Provincelands Visitor Center (free); have your own beach bonfire at the ‘Head of the Meadow’ in Truro (get your permit at the Provincelands Visitor Center).
